- This App is designed, developed and maintained by Global e-Village Services India Limited.
- The registered user who makes transactions on e-Pay/e-Sathi will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user ID and password and will be responsible for all activities that take place under the user ID and password.
- The registered user agrees that if he / she provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete or has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete or does not comply with these Terms Use e-Pay/e-Sathi will have the right to suspend or terminate or block access to your account on the App and to refuse access to the App.
- There is no registration fee for using this App.

- If e-Pay/e-Sathi user has not made any transactions in the last 3 months, then his e-Pay/e-Sathi ID is required to be suspended.
- If e-Pay/e-Sathi user is found to be involved in fraudulent or malpractice activities, his / her e-Pay/e-Sathi ID will be forced to suspend and he / she will no longer be able to trade on the App.

Mobile and DTH Recharges:
e-Pay/e-Sathi does not provide mobile or dth services and is only a reseller of prepaid services by telecommunications and dth service providers or providers of such prepaid recharges. e-Pay/e-Sathi is not a guarantor, insurer or guarantor of the services to be provided by the service providers. The recharge sold by us to you is sold without recourse against us for any breach of contract. Any dispute regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, expiration or other terms of the purchased Recharge must be dealt with directly between you (or the Recharge Recipient) and the service provider.
Bill Payments:
e-Pay/e-Sathi reserves the right to charge and recover from the Registered User fees for the use of the Services. These changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the e-Pay/e-Sathi App or on the e-Pay/e-Sathi business partner channel through which you use the Service. You are bound by such reviews, and you should therefore visit the e-Pay/e-Sathi App or check the e-Pay/e-Sathi business partner channel through which you use the Service to check current rates from time to time. If you stop or seek a cancellation of the Payment Instructions, as they have been sent, e-Pay/e-Sathi will be entitled to collect and recover from you and you will be required to pay these fees to the Invoice Payment Service. , as decided by e-Pay/e-Sathi . These fees will be charged to your designated e-wallet. ESK offers a convenient and secure way to make payments to identified Billers using a valid e-wallet. the Service is used. By using the Invoice Payment Service, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you (“Registration Data”), your e-wallet details (“Wallet Data”), your billing issuer details (“Billing Details”)
- Maintain and promptly update your Registration Data, e-Wallet Data, and Billing Information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, or e-Pay/e-Sathi has reasonable grounds for suspecting that such information is inaccurate, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, e-Pay/e-Sathi reserves the right to suspend or close your account and refuse any and any current or future use of the Service (or any part thereof).

General Conditions of E-Wallet:
You will be issued a basic account immediately upon successful registration. You can recharge your wallet through any of the Payment Gateways, CC Avenue. The e-Pay/e-Sathi wallet is only available to resident Indians who have reached the age of 18 and have the right to contract. e-Pay/e-Sathi reserves the right to suspend / discontinue e-Pay/e-Sathi e-Wallet services for you at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- For any suspected breach of the rules, regulations, orders, instructions, notices issued by the RBI from time to time or for any breach of the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
- For any suspected discrepancy in particular, the documentation or registration form provided by you.
- To combat potential fraud, sabotage, intentional destruction, threat to national security or any other force majeure, etc .

- e-Pay/e-Sathi user must keep a basic wallet amount of Rs 100 in App wallet at any random time.
You are allowed to maintain and use a single e-Pay/e-Sathi e-wallet. Any suspected non-compliance with this requirement will be a valid reason for the suspension / termination of any / all wallets associated with you by e-Pay/e-Sathi
